Ice is an amazing trainer. When I trained with him one of my biggest goals in addition to weight loss was to develop a level of independence in the gym. I was also looking for a trainer that was able to adapt to my lifestyle and hold me accountable. Ice did that plus more. He is very knowledgeable, encouraging, and flexible in his approach. As a healthcare professional, I like that he takes a holistic approach by learning who you are as a person and using that to help you reach your goals. When I was looking for a personal trainer it was important that I worked with someone who was knowledgeable and efficient. Ice is always researching and studying new and innovative ways to helps his clients grow and to tailor his approach to each individual. I was able to learn how to use equipment appropriately, how to make adjustments to my nutrition intake, do workouts independently, and learn tips to shift my mindset to ensure my success. Due to my hectic schedule with graduate school I am no longer a client but definitely plan to reach out again soon once my schedule permits. I would highly recommend him (and have) to anyone that I know looking for a personal trainer.

My main goal to join gym and have personal trainer was to build strength, loose weight and increase stamina, over a period of time. Coach ice understands my goals and tailors my workout sessions depending on my needs/wants. Pushes me without overdoing it. He is very adjusting to my needs. It has been few weeks since I started working out, I am already seeing the progress. He also focuses on stretching/compression massages, so as to make sure that muscles are not too sore. Coach Ice also provides input regarding nutrition. Internal Belief Fitness is a full package, has been the best experience

After playing softball for over 15 years, you tend to want to relax after putting in so much time and work into a sport. However you quickly see that your body and habits change in maybe not the best way. I’ve been going to In-Shape on and off for the past 5 years but I’ve have consistently gone since the early part of this year. By doing so, I lost 15lbs from February to May and in June I started to focus on nutrition. Since then, I’ve lost an additional 8lbs. But this only tells part of the story because even though the scale moves, you really have no idea what your body composition looks like. So I decided to see who may have one (In-Shape wanted me to increase my membership even though I only wanted to use it a few times a year) and I found IBF run by Coach Ice. I spoke with him and came in for the scan. He explained everything that showed up and what I needed to work on. He asked if I wanted personal training and I said I needed to think about it (I’ve never done PT before). After much thought and an Intro Session, I decided that I would do 3 days a week with Coach Ice. Even better when he told me that a client of his was interested in Pair Personal Training. I’m 4 sessions in and it has been great! He helps correct our form, motivates us and does daily check ins to make sure we are eating and staying hydrated. I’d recommend him to anyone looking to better themselves and live a healthier lifestyle. Coach Ice is very knowledgeable and he really wants to give you the tools to be able to do this by yourself.

I’ve done personal training in the past, but this was hands down the best. ICE really goes above and beyond for his clients. Helping me source meal preps on a weekly basis with delivery, I needed almond milk for protein shakes he had my back and ran to the grocery store for me.
